Was a Recruitment Supervisor for 2 years at the same time holding the position of Employee Engagement Supervisor. A Subject Matter Expert in one of the Top BPO Company in the Philippines for almost 3 years. Also worked as an Analyst who provided meaningful Customer Satisfaction feedback being used by Convergys’ Major clients.
