I screen resumes received by employers, conduct initial phone interviews with prospective candidates, and refer the best resumes and job candidates to my clients. I have been the lead recruiter for a national company, and also have owned a temporary and permanent staffing company. My experience includes hundreds of hours sorting through resumes and interviewing candidates to separate the "wheat" from the "chaff". This saves my clients the time and effort required to identify the most suitable candidates for further consideration. In addition, my "soft skills" set includes identifying those with the best "fit" for the open position and the hiring company, by "fleshing out" subtle personality and behavioral characteristics of the candidates. I do this using my skill set developed as a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst.
