I have 15 years experience in Financial Services, M&A and Real Estate. My strengths include, financial statement analysis, deal structure, financing and capital allocation, business development and business plans. Formerly I was with a boutique investment banking firm managing sell side and buy side transactions for companies with enterprise values between $5MM and $25MM. Currently I serve on the Board of Directors of a bank holding company and as the Finance Director of a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). I am not a consultant. I work every day evaluating business, plans, potential transactions, financial statements, and investment opportunities.
