  • Properly forecasts monthly, quarterly and annual revenue numbers for assigned territory.

  • Develops sales strategies that link prospect’s business drivers to SAP Concur’s services.
  • Prepares Pre-Sales Consultants, Sales, and Services staff for customer demonstrations and presentations.
  • Own the end-to-end solution vision, in partnership with key stakeholders, for small, medium, and National -sized customers from first engagement w/ SAP Concur, through trial, purchase, implementation, use, support and upgrade.
  • Define business and functional requirements for the entire customer experience, and work across agile development teams, services teams, marketing teams, customer experience teams, and sales teams to deliver that experience.
  • Guide the go-to-market strategy and execution in partnership with marketing, sales, and services
  • Identify and track metrics to measure the progress and effectiveness of the solution through the full customer lifecycle
  • Shares input with other departments in preparing sales materials and technical publications.
  • Interacts with sales, marketing and external customers.
  • Operates under moderate supervision.
  • Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies.
