A thorough professional with a sound technical background, who acts as a bridge between the business area experts and the technical teams. Responsibility includes collaborating with the clients to gather the business specifications, improving the scope in terms of technicality and user experience by offering suggestions on scope and latest technologies and furnishing clients with all required information about the organization, services offered, our area of expertise, the processes being followed and all other required information related to the project to help make clients an informed decision. Also work very closely with the Project Managers and Project Coordinators to ensure that the project plan is adhered to and scope creeps / changes are approved and documented.
