Basic understanding of fundamentals of TCP/IP and Microsoft Active Directory domain in the context of end user computing. • Desktop OS installation, configuration and set-up. • Keep inventories of all hardware, Software and licenses. • Provide technical assistance for IT System, Network, Email System, Firewall and IT related equipment for company. • Troubleshoot, support on company networking, desktop, Laptop, printer, all software and hardware. • Setting up & disabling Users access to network in accordance with IT Policy requirements. • Ensuring security & antivirus and upgrades are applied to desktops and laptops and kept up-to-date. • Perform monthly check of IT related equipment for all branches to ensure it's in working condition. • Update System Support request Log and follow up pending task to ensure that all user requests are fulfilled.. • Take corrective action to solve problems and report to Superior. • Provide support (Remotely/Onsite) to end users. • Log all issue in the application support log and ensure that all user request are completed soonest Possible • Patch and Antivirus update • Installing and configuring WI FI Dlink/Linksys Router etc. • Skype Installation & Configuration • One Drive Installation
