Providing technical support on the “Professional Sales Management” system used by i2. The system is a fully Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) integrated handheld automation system handling sales and logistics transactions. It also provides detailed cross-functional reporting and detailed analysis by customers, route, POS, etc. Technical support also comprise using SQl server 2008 R2 to create and modify database tables as needed. Currently, taking short training course on Business intelligence (SSAS - SSIS - SSRS SQL Server) which provides a full range of ready-to-use tools and services to help one create, deploy, and manage reports for organizations.
