● Respond to Help Desk requests in a timely and efficient manner.
● Analyze and resolve hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user training when required
● Remote tech support, troubleshooting of laptops, desktops using remote software (logmein, Kaseya, Ninja)
● Administering Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, Exchange, Adobe, Zoom, 8x8, Slack, Sharepoint, Shared Drives
● Provide tech support for in-house events which require Audio/Video services and web conferencing and troubleshoot issues related to A/V systems before escalating to our AV support services
● Troubleshoot Azure Sync issues and server issues
● Develop, Design and Maintain the intranet or extranet site
