- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware via Phone and Email. - Install, modify, and repair computer software. - Resolve technical problems with Virtual Private Network and Internet Connectivity. - Install Local Printer driver, and map Network Printer to employee’s computer. - Unlock and reset employee’s password via Active Directory and other Systems. - Grant employee access to Shared Drives and Folders via Active Directory. - Act as an escalation for software installation and issues.
