An IT Professional with 8+ years of experience of managing complex IT Infrastructure projects from requirements, design and development to production across all the layers of IT Infrastructure. • Define project RACI matrix and chair project kickoff meetings. • Gather technical requirements from customer for system / application installation. • Define resources and schedule for project / program implementation. • Create strategies for proactive risk mitigation and contingency planning. • Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, and milestones. • Efficiently identify, document, track and follow up open project issues for client and project team until resolution. • Maintain project documentation (Decisions, Issues, Actions and Risks log – DIAR) and share the same with stakeholders in the defined and agreed cadence. • Coordinate and facilitate Design Review meetings, weekly status meetings with client and implementation teams. • Responsible for production of project plans
