I am an IT Instructor at La Consolacion College Bacolod with a thorough hands-on experience in teaching IT subjects in Senior High School and College level such as System Analysis and Design, C#, Database, Audio-Visual Arts and Capstone Project . Also I work as an IT staff in the said school and acquired an experience with all levels of testing, including networks, functional, integration, operating system, database, and user acceptance testing. Also, before I graduated and was hired as an IT instructor, I was once a Customer Service Representative where i am tasked to take inbound and outbound calls as well as emails. After I graduated, i was hired at Rank Ignite Digital Marketing as a Senior Web Content Writer where i was tasked to write 7-8 IT related Articles daily. And now I work as an IT Instructor and a part-time IT staff. I am Hardworking, enthusiastic and supportive individual dedicated to streamlining processes and efficiently analyzing and resolving issues.
