A highly motivated and experienced leader with 30 years’ experience in the IT industry. I have a strong technical and managerial background working with large user bases across global organisations striving to ensure team colleagues provide an exceptional level of customer service and transparent communication. Key responsibilities have included defining and implementing IT strategy, policies, and processes as well as planning and delivering projects/solutions that provide a positive impact to the business. 

Although my roles over the last 15 years have been leadership roles, I have still retained a ‘hands on’ approach as well and consider myself technically competent to be able to provide support and technical expertise where needed. I have always worked closely with other IT teams and the wider business in all my roles to ensure my team are fulfilling their roles and that the support and solutions provided meet the requirements of the business.
