•Inside Sales / Market Research Specialist. •Perform Lead Generation activities - Research prospects, universe qualification and management, campaigns - email marketing, follow up. •Create emailing prioritization criteria, response templates, targeted leads to be generated. •Lead Management - Report metrics of the campaign efforts, estimated start date/end date of campaign, emails sent, bounced, clicked, opened, out of office, responded and responding to emails. •Secondary Research - Research leads based on criteria provided by sales and update database frequently for various sales channels. •Update Master Files from Professional Network Sites - Manage contacts, prioritization, capturing alternate contacts from search engines like Linked In, Hoovers, Zoom info, Manta, Spoke, Google, Jigsaw, Lead 411 and other directories. •Coordinating with sales & other project teams for smooth flow of marketing operations. Developing a structured and logical approach to data collection, identifying new data sources and conducting primary and secondary research in order to collect quality data. •Extracting information and news of various global companies using different proprietary databases Sources i.e. Lead411, Regulatory bodies and Associations.
