Experience with Global Clients in Tools and Process Development and Implementation.6. Implemented & managed ITSM processes and tools for customers of varying sizes with varying needs and challenges globally.7. Devised & deployed process compliance & maturity tracking mechanism across projects and business units which were extrapolated & adapted for regional-level implementation8. Experience in Tools Implementation for different customers with different needs
