I have extensive Service Delivery / Operations / Sales experience. I was involved in all aspects of custom Outsourcing and Professional Services. I created and managed AT&T Solutions' Network Operations Center (GCSC / iGEMS) used to deliver service for custom Outsourcing Contracts. I lead teams of Architects, Engineers, Financial and Operations in the development of successful Outsourcing Proposals. I was also very successful selling these custom solutions to Fortune 500 companies; as an individual, a partner with IBM Global Services and a Sales Leader. I have lead teams in the Global implementation and delivery of custom solutions and professional services.
