I am a customer-first, dedicated IT professional with 5+ years in the field. A Bachelor's Degree in Operational Management and Quality Assurance, my number one goal is to make my client satisfied with whatever task is presented. Working for Apple, Inc. for three years, I have attained incredible knowledge on all things "Apple", ranging from iPhones, iPads, Mac computers and 1st/3rd party software supported by Apple. To continue my IT background, I took an opportunity at Hasbro, Inc. HQ as a desktop analyst and senior Mac analyst. My primary responsibilities were to respond to incoming calls, emails, requests from ticketing systems, or messages from Hasbro's internal IM software, provide Tier 2 support by engaging at clients' desks, over the phone or by remotely connecting to a computer. I then expanded my knowledge around my educational background (in Operational Management) by becoming a Project Manager for a software developing company at Trade Area Systems. As a Project Manager, I was responsible for all incoming calls, requests, and issues from clients, delegate and coordinate with the support team on timelines, expectations and results. I was also responsible for Tier I support with experience in Microsoft SQL issues. With a proven background in the Apple environment, as well as Windows PC/related software and an educational background in Operational Management with Project management experience to compliment, I am dedicated to bringing great customer service and satisfaction.
