Project management and exec-level stakeholder management.
Gathering business requirements, analyzing work processes, and designing solutions to connect the dots between business goals, technologies, underlying data, and analytics around it.
Managing Service Programs and IT Service Delivery, Consulting, and Client Management.
Handling end-to-end coordination and project activities from inception to delivery.
Mapping client's requirements, providing them best solutions involving evaluation and definition of the scope of the project, and finalizing project requirements
Preparing resource planning, effort estimation, tracking, risk management, audit, status reporting, mentoring, and metrics.
Defining best practices for project support & documentation, preparing/ reviewing functional requirement document
Set up the Support Team Structure, Plan resourcing, and build a high-performing team to take over the solution support from the Development team and run the business.
Provide coaching and direction to team members in relation to exception situations.
Handling multiple types of data and generating business insights.
Well-versed with SAP/Analytics/Digital/Cloud technologies.

$30/hr Ongoing
