Hands-on experience with Monitoring network analytics tools, diagnostic and troubleshoot, to ensure performance, system availability, reliability and resource re utilization. • Information Security: Knowledge about planning, coordination and implementation of information security policies to prevent and protect networks ( servers, User Authentication and Authorization, Session management, Auditing and logging, IPS, firewall) , programs and computers (Anti-malware, VPNs, Firewalls) and data (web filtering, email filtering, encryption, data classification and Hierarchical access), monitoring constantly with Security tools, looking for vulnerabilities and risks in network, hardware and software in the IT company infrastructure; and also keep end user education regarding to social engineering threats. • O.S.: MS-DOS, Windows, NT/Server 2000/2003, NOVELL Netware, IBM OS/2, APPLE OS, Linux Knopix. • Apps: Microsoft: Office, Project, Visio, Publisher and Access. Remote Access (Team Viewer, PC AnyWhere, VNC). QuickBooks. Act!, Utilities (Norton Ghost.
