• Monitor and maintain the security status of the Firm’s network and the intellectual assets held, in accordance with the Firm’s security policies. • Manage and monitor the Firm's secure architecture for authorization and authentication internally, as well as business to business. • Manage and communicate all security risks clearly and effectively. • Ensure that objectives are achieved by working closely with all members of the IT organization and by participating with the Global Security Supervisor and Global Security Analysts within the Security Model. • Ensure that change controls are adhered to and communicated to the partners and staff. • Develop and maintain all documentation related to Global Security Team operations and functions. • Raise security awareness within the London office and other regional offices by performing regular presentations to each of the practice teams. • Perform occasional floor-walking to allow sporadic questions to be raised by individuals • Detect and respond to incidents of a security nature within Firm • Identify and communicate to management the cause of all Security incidents, making recommendations as to how the specific incidents can be mitigated in the future. • Perform digital forensics on technology as requested by Human Resources • Conduct firewall, network, and system configuration audit • Management and improvement of security technologies (IPS/IDS, HIDS, Firewalls ( Palo Alto, Anti-Virus, Data Loss Prevention, Proxy and E-mail filtering).
