I have spent the last ten years working in the IT industry, doing everything from rebuilding computers to software installs/troubleshooting to resolving network issues. I have extensive knowledge on how computers work and what to do to fix them. Working in this environment also requires me to be highly knowledgeable about all social media platforms, applications and how to fix minor issues with them. Staying updated on all the new technological advances in the world is something I enjoy and I believe there is always room to learn more. Before entering my career in Information Technology, I spent several years working in the customer service industry. I am extremely comfortable working with customers both in-person and over the phone. I believe in building a certain level of rapport with each and every person I meet to ensure they keep coming back. A lot of my day-to-day activities now still include me interacting with users, empathizing with them about their issues and doing whatever I can to resolve their concerns.
