1 - To Ensure that the underlining system & Network infrastructure and its associated technology operate efficiently and delivers a secure platform for Al Meezan to carry out its Business. 2 - To ensure maintenance and implementation of information system security policies and procedures including requirements related with BCP and DRP. 3 - Plan Design and manage the deployments of highly available IT infrastructure and associated support services, including networks, Servers, Storages, Telecommunication, Security and System Applications. 4 - Responsible for management of virtualized infrastructure environment and proactively perform operational management of the Data centre and computing environments. 5- Manage highly available Juniper, Cisco and Microsoft infrastructure. 6- Responsible to negotiate and manage SLA and vendor contracts and liaison with Meezan bank IT to ensure SLA related with infrastructure. 7 - Oversee and prioritize associated day-to-day operational activities, tactical projects and strategic initiatives. 8 - Responsible for management of team of systems, network and desktop Support. 9 - Develop and implement policies, Procedure and Standards align with ISO 270001 and ISO 20000 10 –Maintain and update business continuity and Disaster Recovery plan as per ISO Standards 11 – Provide periodic reporting on information security issues to the Head of IT 12 – Conduct Risk assessment and implement appropriate control to ensure CIA. 13 – Responsible for training of new staff with reference to information security and BCP. 14 – Coordinate, develop and maintain standard operating procedure manual. 15 – Ensure adoption of best practices in IT services management.
