With a Bachelors Degree in Network Engineering and Security, I have worked as a general IT Specialist for over 4 years in many different industries. Through my wide range of experience, I have worked for financial firms, accounting firms, trading firms, and colleges. Due to my experience I have encountered many technical issues ranging from network security to laptop troubleshooting. I offer services in implementation, troubleshooting, repair, tutoring, and any other way I can be of technological assistance. While I realize that many others offer similar services in IT, not everyone is able to properly give technical assistance. Being able to efficiently explain and communicate with people is a skill that is slowly vanishing in the IT freelancing world.
