A well-experienced and competent IT support with around 10 years of experience, I have humbly started as a Technical Support Representative for a year way back 2009 before I jumped into the IT support field. I have great communication skills, results driven, very keen with details and processes and a resourceful person that aims to help colleagues attain faster resolution time which leads to happier clients. I trust that I have good deduction and troubleshooting skills and I ensure as much as possible that the person I'm conversing with feels the assurance that I am just like their colleague who's there to lend a helping hand in fixing their IT issues.
