• Escalate IT issues to the IT Manager where necessary • Diagnose and resolve technical issues • Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops • Install authorized software to laptops and desktops • Ensuring security and upgrades are applied and kept up to date on desktops and laptops • Manage Kaspersky Server Administration (1st Site) • Manage Bitdefender Cloud Server (2nd Site) • Making of Cat 5 e network cables were necessary • Ensure all logs for equipment and users are maintained . • Creating purchase requisitions for IT hardware/software • Ensuring all software purchased licensing is recorded and maintained • Manage Windows Deployment Services (WDS) • Administrating Active Directory such as Creating NT Logins , Security permission and Organizational Unit. • Monitoring of Network Stability. (Cacti and Colasoft) • VLAN Management. • Data ans Voice Traffic shifting if necessary. • Configuration to Sophos firewall such as policy implementation and weekly backups.
