- Provide day to day remote technical and user support for office employees with regard to their network access, office/personal computers (laptops and desktops) issues, printer /scanner and mobile devices. - Deployment and recovery of desktop/laptop office computers. - On boarding of office desktop /laptop computers. - Desktop/laptop software and hardware installation and troubleshooting. - Installation of printer and scanning devices. - Virus and Malware handling. - Active Directory Administration. - Microsoft Exchange server administration. - Microsoft Lync server administration. - Citrix server administration. - Monitor ticketing queues and comply with quality guidelines when managing incidents. - Submit Knowledge Base articles and update technical and support documentation.
