? Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communication job expectations and appraising their performance. Manage team of consultants, programmers and developers to deliver IT targets. ? Planned organized, controlled and evaluated IT and electronic data operations. Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems. ? Developed requirements, budgets, and timelines for information technology projects. Oversaw all phases of projects from conception to completion. ? Prepare proposals and managed multiple vendors. Interact and coordinate with customer/ vendors for their routine support and resolve IT issues. ? Utilize in-depth technical knowledge and business requirements to design and implement secure solutions to meet customer / client needs while protecting the corporation's assets. ? Install, maintain and repair network systems, Domain, WSUS Servers, Exinda, Firewalls, File Servers, Print Servers, Backup Server, VPN etc. Responsible and successfully managed customer satisfaction through proper use of customer management skills and engage the support of Xerox personnel as required. ? Takes leadership role to develop work management processes with service representatives to maximize productivity and achieve business results (PEP metrics) ? Perform full range of maintenance on assigned products; including technical diagnostics, software loads, installation, and retrofit and customer call assistance.
