( New Hire, Account transfer ) - In-house password reset request (Network and Email password) - Rights modification (Security Group, Sharepoint, VPN access, Distribution group) - Remote Desktop Services (via RDP, TeamViewer, Join.Me) - MS Office Troubleshooting. - AD user audits - Generating reports - Computer software and hardware troubleshooting - Handling other task and projects as required for supporting the overall operations.
