Work closely with internal support teams to improve cloud products at a senior level, suggesting and making changes to the product code
Provide assistance and guidance to users through public forums (third party and Google-owned)

Do effective calibrations (system & people) to align on the tailored Quality Assurance.
Perform comprehensive reviews and audits
Discuss findings with vendors and google leads to diagnose issues & determine actions plan.
Drive accountability on the action plan, landing improved quality training & support metrics outcomes.
