I have 10 years of experience in Information Technology, Information Security, and System Administration and Management. I have been administrating environments comprised of heterogeneous application systems, hosting multiple enterprise applications. As a certified Cisco CCNA and IBM WebSphere MQ 7.0 Administrator, I have managed Sun Solaris, Linux RedHat and Windows Servers, IBM WebSphere application servers, WebSphere MQ, WebSphere Message Broker, Glassfish, Payara, Apache Active MQ, OpenLdap, EMC VNX SAN Storage, VMWare and VMWare Replication, Foglight Monitoring, Alien Vault, Oracle Database, RMAN Backups, Oracle Dataguard and other integrated application systems in support of the projects I have been involved with. In addition, I planned, designed, and implemented a Disaster Recovery Solution that saved the company over $200k within a course of three years. I have also managed a technology refresh project and renewed Hardware and Software consists of ESXi hosts, Virtualized Servers, Cisco switches, firewalls, and identity management devices (Cisco ISE), F5 Load Balancers, and SAN EqualLogic with minimal outage. I have also been involved with performing risk assessments to ensure corporate compliance, preparing audit program and agenda's, Conducting security event monitoring for corporate wide in-scope applications, and performing application security and penetration testing using Nessus. In addition, I planned an Event Management solution for proactive monitoring integrated application systems and mission critical transactions, ensuring 99.9% availability across development, QA, and production environments.
