Job Summary: Responsible for providing all aspects of technical support to end users within the constraints of the technical processes, by ensuring stability and maximal availability of these infrastructure components to the property. Mange Active directory, DNS, DHCP and others network service. • Respond to technical issues related to Yeastar VoIP pbx, Yeastar gateway, Grand Stream SIM gateway, Draytek VPN Connection (site – site) client - site, • Respond to technical issues related to GoDaddy, web hosting, Email hosting, domains, name server, and Certificates • Respond and support with development team at amazon Cloud services Ec2, Route 53, Ubuntu Cloud mail Zimbra Email server, and I-web Cloud Services ,own cloud ,apache2 , ubuntu server , mac OS , AI Solutions Deep Learning . • Google Suite Enterprise Email Hosting, Veeam Backup Solution, Nexsan SataBeast SAN Storage, Sophos Firewall, Draytek Vigor devices, Unifi Access Point Virtual Controller. • implement firewall rules to allow and deny some TCP/UDP Connection and services
