I have 2 years experience with Business Process Associate and 6 months with Customer Service Associate in BPO company. I managing my own Internet Cafe Business for 5 years, As the owner and operator i was responsible for daily reports, maintaining printers and computers. When i was in college i also worked in a Restaurant as part-time job for almost a year and became one of the assets of the company by giving legendary customer service and high anticipation for customer's needs. I'm also knowledgeable in Installing Hardware and Software, troubleshooting IT issue, remote computer support, familiarity with using basic office equipment, such as copiers, fax machines or scanners, Strong and accurate data-entry skills and able to work independently with minimal direction.
