  • Manage a team of 20+ IT Technical support to successfully do properly cater support to company employees, Internal and External (Sister Company) users.
  • Planning on the Work from home set-up to assist Global users.
  • Lead all aspects of reporting, including task and project updates. Daily, weekly, and Monthly ticket report.
  • Create proper schedule to allocate work force for shifting schedule.
  • Create proper grading and process Key Performance Improvement for all Technical support officer.
  • Conduct coaching and evaluation for evert support officer.
  • Coordination with Infrastructure group which include Network Team, System Team, Security Team, Research and Development team on every project that we will implement.
  • Coordination with external IT group on some support needed on our end.
  • Project planning for the technical support execution that will affect operations.
  • Creation of support guidelines for technical support knowledge base.
  • Creation of Disaster recovery runbook for synchronize knowledge when it comes on business continuity plan

  • Do both hardware and software support on daily basis
  • Manage the team in the absence of team leader
  • Support VIP users and get technical support office 
  • Create ticket report and submit to team leader for checking
  • Execute project/task plans, coordination with technical support officer
  • Back-up Disaster recovery office, do the decision on activating DR site in absence of Team leader
