Hi, My responsibility * Manage Software Testing projects and Tester Resources * Formulation and implementation of Software Testing strategies * Resource management (allocation, monitoring, motivating etc) * Provide test plan to all project team members. * Preparation/review of test plans, test points, test metrics and test reports * Coordinates and coaches project teams regarding proper test procedure, review techniques for test basis testing, test case definition,  * use of other test services, test automation, load and performance tests etc. * Escalates of all test-relevant topics, participates in conflict resolution in the test environment * Timely identifies and escalates environment issues, data gaps and appropriate administration * Support the project manager to design and develop acceptance criteria * Being the point of contact between project team, department and development team, for all test activities * Communicate test results to developers and project managers. * Use defect management (tracking, dispatching, analyzing, reporting) * Train and sustain knowledge based sharing among team members * Develop test plans, test scope, review test cases, identify quality risks, and communicate status to ensure that the product meets specified business requirements. * Create and maintain automation testing script. * Identify and evaluate new technologies for testing purposes. * Analyze user needs to determine technical requirements for testing. * Discuss and clarify issue and requirement with project team, including product owner, project manager, software development, system management. * Promote and participate in the continuous improvement of structure, processes, tooling to enable the teams to deliver more value. * Project planning, monitoring and following up to get accomplishment including getting feedback and problem solving. * Manage team to ensure a smooth operation by providing direction, supporting, coaching and team motivation.  * Manage staff by training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time. * Manage project tasks, sub-taks and ensure timeline of each task be completed according to committed due date and ensure all tasks, sub-tasks be monitored and controlled. * Establish and maintain effective project communicaion plans with all project team members, project's stakeholders. * Escalate issue, risk to IT Management and Project steering committee in timely manner. * Manage changes in Project with change management best practice. * Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel * Provide project staus report with focus on key milestones, issues, accomplishments and budget.
