IT Ticketing System Implementation from scratch
1- This system will be helpful for managing IT support tickets which will be created by staff in an organized way and to be monitored professionally by direct managers
2- Also i can create ready templates to be used by staff to be easy for creating tickets
3- An automated email will be sent to the staff once he sends an email to the service desk team including the ticket ID and its stats, once the ticket closed, another automated email will be sends to the requested for informing him that the complaint or the issue has been resolved.
