I am able to learn most any programming language within a couple days (my record is 6 hours for CSS) and I would not charge for time spent learning (obviously). Let me know I need to learn something and I will. Complete knowledge of common and advanced data structures and their corresponding algorithms and proficiencies. Aware of a whole ton and a half of browser quirks, and will work with anything for browsers higher than IE 5.0, NS 6, Mozilla rc1, Firefox, Opera 6. For projects with greater compatibility requirements, I would again need to study, but again I am willing to learn at no cost to you. Aware of how programs work in terms of the CPU, binary, hex, opcodes, C, optimizers, compilers and all that. I have first year university at the University of Calgary in Computer Sciences and Linguistics with several minor related courses, but have not attained a degree in either field.
