Completed as Developer/Arhitect/Dev Lead many projects, including:Transfer of client-server mail-order system from FoxPro into Oracle DB, administration/development for 24x7x365 99.98 SLA web-system, design and support of OLTP database for internet content management system, tunining of PL/SQL and SQL for internet application, improving scalability and performance of Bill Pay system from 1 MM high-volume day to 5 MM, re-design and tuning investment "Clients First" system. UK/Germany/Russia/US experience. 30+ years of software and database design/development/support, leading and managing teams, administration of UNIX and databases.
