I approach problems from a different angle and can compose, present, and implement efficient, simple solutions; I can also connect extant components if it is not desirable to re-invent the wheel. I have a mathematics background, with a BS in math in addition to my BS in computer science, and bring the logic, critical thinking, and aim for elegance that mathematicians are known for. Finally, while I have little experience, I'm a very quick learner, and I have a large enough base of language knowledge and small-program experience that I can adapt to any task at hand.
