In short? I am a highly skilled, very experienced and very effective computer programmer that is free to travel and temporarily reloate as needed to work on your project. I have been a client-server, widely distributed systems programmer on Unix and Windows platforms for over 15 years. First I began in the late 1980s using Berkley sockets to effect interprocess communication in GIS and Transportation industry applications. However, in the last 10 years, I have been programming web based applications almost exclusively. I still maintain and create sockets based programs from time to time. I have been writing WWW/CGI based applications in C, Perl and PHP since 1995, 1996, and 1998 respectively. Specifically I have mostly worked on Intel/Linux and IBM/AIX using MySQL and Informix and Apache.
