Lead requirements gathering, analysis and design, testing and implementation for enhancements and new development for various IT programs and projects.
Develop and maintain project schedules and plans.
Establish milestones and monitor adherence to project plans and schedules.
Coordinate with, and delegate tasks to, various technology groups, consultants, and vendors to ensure proper project execution.
Advise Program Managers and Program Directors on technol
