PROJECT MANAGEMENT  Identify business growth opportunities and provide solutions  Manage software development lifecycle of state-of-the-art information technology services  Use specialized technical expertise, planning and organizational skills to prioritize and manage the daily activities of multiple projects and initiatives to maximize efficiency, timeliness and quality.  Provide senior technical leadership and expertise to business groups and external clients.  Lead development teams and manage personnel  Lead requirements gathering, analysis and design, testing and implementation for enhancements and new development for various IT programs and projects.  Develop and maintain project schedules and plans.  Establish milestones and monitor adherence to project plans and schedules.  Coordinate with, and delegate tasks to, various technology groups, consultants, and vendors to ensure proper project execution.  Advise Program Managers and Program Directors on technol
