ITIL change problem incident management • Responsible for assessing the overall organizational units affected by the change management system • Handle the tasks of developing, implementing and defining change management strategy • Perform responsibilities of assessing the change management impact to the organization • Handle the tasks of developing and implementing communication and publicity program • Ensuring RFCs flow through their defined phases by liaising with the requesting, planning & implementing teams. • Performing proactive checks and balances to identify compliance anomalies. • Assessing RFCs to ensure the appropriate level of planning, testing, validation and communication has been performed. • Analyzing reporting to identify trends and target areas for improvement. • Identifying / creating additional reports needed to gain efficiency and automation. • Facilitation of the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and ensure all RFCs are appropriately challenged and assessed.
