Contributions: Running lead on porting old system from old proprietary framework to a Spring framework consisting of microservices and open source technologies. In charge of all project management, creating and managing Jira system on a user and project basis and creating/managing our Kanban board. Report daily to business and owners to keep them apprised of all current situations/timelines/deadlines. Created and organized Atlassian Confluence with spaces for usage as a place to put all of our important notes and information. Also created a Getting Started area which breaks down what everyone is expected to do as an employee, including technically and personally. Co-wrote company policies/employment manual. Developed Powerpoint presentation for highlighting the technologies used at MPower Trading Systems and how they are used in our system. Have given presentation to other CEO’s, et al, for company presentation. Wrote the verbiage used in our job postings. Run daily scrum for daily status of what was done yesterday, planned for today and any blockers. Developed correct requirements for our Linux Centos boxes. Technology contribution highlights: ? Apache Camel - Studied and implemented Apache Camel to handle messaging/information being passed from client to server and server to server. Built all routes for our various servers to communicate with each other. Tested various messaging including Request/Respond, Async messaging with callbacks. Incorporated exception handling and junit testing to demonstrate proper use. Wrote over 30 demo’s demonstrating proper usage. ? Apache ActiveMQ – Spent a month researching best ActiveMQ practices and applying them to our business infrastructure. Setup NIO and openwire connections between servers. Tested, incorpora
