I have provided service for this small project and requirement was: In an ETL project data moves from one phase to another. These phases are Extraction, transformation and load. By this java program want to check if count of records match at each step. All it needs is a method to return true/false upon matching counts. The execution has to go on and not halt even when the counts do not match.
