• Define best practices for Jira instance management and ensure compliance with governance policies.
• Monitor and manage user access, security settings, and data retention policies.
• Stay updated with Atlassian product updates and implement improvements accordingly.

 Reporting & Dashboards

• Develop custom dashboards and reports in Jira and Confluence for stakeholders.
• Use JQL queries to generate insights and improve project tracking.
• Analyze data to optimize Agile processes and team performance.
