I am the former founder of what was a very successful and nationally recognized executive search, recruiting and placement firm, formerly known as Shelton Group, LLC, that was based in Ashburn, VA. As part of the operations of that firm, I created a service called, "The Job Coach," which took a leadership role in working one-on-one with individuals who were in-between jobs or had decided that they wanted to change jobs or careers. The Job Coach - reviewed or prepared the client's resume and cover letter, advised and assisted them in sourcing new job and career opportunities, and helped them prepare for interviews.
