We have built a Web Application for a Job portal that gives easy way to search and post jobs. It is a multilingual application that is available in most of Indian languages as it focuses mainly on the blue and gray collar jobs or the jobs that are available in small and medium scale industries. It deducts the user’s location and connects the user to the nearby job center and lists the jobs from the job center. If no job available, it lists the jobs from the nearby city. It offers an easy interface to the employers to post their jobs. The multilingual facility makes the job easy for them throughout the recruitment process right from advertisement till hiring.
