Most of Sydney's writing experience is journalistic in nature, specifically in print and broadcast news production. As a reporter for The Campus Carrier, Viking Fusion, and for various classes throughout her time as a student reporter at Berry College, Sydney has composed more than 50 news scripts and articles, covering major stories like local strikes and school policy changes and more personal events, like features on local art fairs and profiles on exceptional students in the Berry community.
