Jan is INCREDIBLE! He is patient, fast and always reachable. I needed my first years S-Corp taxes done and he took my mess and made it all work out. He just jumped right in, got all the forms I needed for my state (NYS) and got me squared away with the Fed & State, wrote letters for extensions, fixed my S-Corp status with the Feds and filed all my IRS forms for me. All I had to do was sign on the dotted lines :) Jan is also getting me into shape for 2006 and I plan to use Jan's tax & accounting services for as long as I am in business! He might also be doing my personal income tax for '06. He is a true GURU!
