I have gained experience within various work areas such as Design, Tool Room Incharge, Strong Turning, Milling, Forging, EDM, 5S, Kaizen, 3M resource utilisation, Process planning, Lean Manufacturing, research, process analysis, quality management, Toyota production system, statistical process control, APQP, Control Plan, PFMEA, PFD, 7QC tools and optimizing and designing production network. I am skilled in IT tools like Microsoft office, Unigraphics NX CAD (3D Modelling, 2D Drafting, BOM Creation, NC Tool Classification, Pruefplan, CAQ, MAS and DCM Preparation, Auto CAD and PLM software (Team Centre). My collective experiences have enabled me to hone my interpersonal, written, and verbal Communications skills, which included tooling’s Design, process planning and analysis reports, interfacing with internal and external customers and delivering presentations.
