I myself am a working professional and that is currently employed full time but looking for a secondary opportunity to occupy some of my time. For about four years I have served as a project manager and executive assistant to the general manager of manufacturing company. As part of my project management duties I work in product development. The exposure and participation in this has really driven home the idea of confidentiality and non-disclosure. Previously during my employment with a university, I rapidly advanced through roles and eventually managed 100+ employees. These experiences allow me to wear the many “hats” required to be a value-adding executive assistant. I’ve earned repeated accolades for my strengths in… • Managing multiple high-priority projects with competing deadlines • Creating reports, spreadsheets, budgets and PowerPoint presentations • Coordinating travel, schedules and calendars • Handling sensitive and confidential matters with discretion • Planning and overseeing logistics for meetings, tradeshows, and events • Assisting with payroll, new-hire orientation, benefits enrollment and other HR functions
