This will help in reducing the overall budget and ensuring quality is well maintained at same time. Preparing design proposals in AutoCad accompanied with renderings in Photoshop will pave a way to understand and communicate ideas clearly. Addition of value engineering techniques in design and development would increase the longevity and sustainability of Horticulture. From constructing and development point of view, followed by design approvals would add new value to landscaping and landscaped areas with more precision in meeting international standards. Managing design and construction process is of utmost importance that would lead to lesser maintenance oriented areas. Operations and maintenance is the integral part of horticulture and landscaping areas. The regular planned preventive maintenance schedules would translate maintenance requirements of existing horticulture areas, however, i intend to reduce the overall costs, so converting PPMs to time based and corrective maintenance by regular observations would help in reducing the working hours required in each zone, thereby reducing overtime and reducing consumables too in budget. Together CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement System) and CMMS (Central Maintenance Management System) and EAM (Enterprise Asset Management system) would help in achieving all maintenance goals too. As Nursery is an integral part of maintenance and also reducing capital project costs, so production would also be the best way to decrease the overall costs and converting saved working hours from operations and maintenance to bringing about productivity and revenue generation.
